still on the Super HD
I am still taking the pills but not exercising. Ugh...I need motivation people! I downloaded "my fitness pal" today. Hope that helps me with my food situation. Anyone have that app?

Cellucor Super HD and CLK
Hello all!
I have quit the Alpiste diet and will begin two new pills next week. I will track my progress hopefully on a weekly basis and let you know how i'm doing. I will try to follow a low carb diet and start running to help the loss. I HATE RUNNING!!! so i'm really doing this as a last resort =) WISH ME LUCK!!
