Its Sunday, Mother's day, and my day off of my first week on the Alpiste Diet. Alpiste is Canary seed. I know how much i weighed before starting this. I have not weighed my self yet this week. I will weigh myself every 2 weeks. Hopefully by next week i have lost a few lbs. The Alpiste milk doesn't taste bad. It's drinkable. I boil water with cinnamon sticks and use that water to make the milk. It tastes a lot better that way. My parents are doing it as well. My father is diabetic and has high cholesterol, my mother has high blood pressure. As for me, well I'm just fat. =) I have been going to the gym on and off for about a month and a half. I am trying to go 3 to 5 days a week. sometimes I'll just go once. My eating habits are a bit harder to be disciplined about. I'm conscience about what i should or should not eat. my problem is not caring. I'm not saying i eat junk food. I just don't have control over how much i eat. Any advice?
